Ekiti pupil emerges Young Scientist of the Year

Tunde Ajaja An indigene of Ekiti State, Master Adedipe Oluwatosin, has emerged the Best Young Scientist of the Year in a competition organised by the Federal Ministry of Science and Technology.
The competition was organised under the 774 Young Nigerian Scientists Presidential Award in which a winner is picked from each of the 774 local government areas of the federation to compete at the national level.
A statement on Friday by the Chief Press Secretary to Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti State, Mr. Idowu Adelusi, said the Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu, informed the governor of Adedipe's feat in a letter dated March 15, 2017.
