Sony Xperia X is the first non-Google phone to get Android 7.1.1
Earlier this year, Sony announced that the Xperia X would be the latest handset to be compatible with the company's "Concept" build of Android.
New features in this version include the restart button when holding down the power button (as we saw on the Pixel), faster startup for the camera app, and and the December 1st security patch.
It's worth noting, however, that this update isn't yet rolling out to all owners of the Xperia X - that will come later in an update to the official software.
